Terms of Use
Effective: May 14, 2014 · Last updated: September 15, 2025
These Terms of Use set out the agreement between you and WitNip Inc (a Delaware corporation, the operator of GeeksProgramming.com). They apply every time you browse the site, request a quote, or place an order. By using GeeksProgramming.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Definitions
- "Website" means geeksprogramming.com and the related pages, tools, and services we operate.
- "Services" means our programming homework help, tutoring, code walkthroughs, debugging help, and the study materials and tutorials we publish or deliver.
- "Content" means the text, code, guides, graphics, and other materials on the Website or delivered to you, including any intellectual property they contain.
- "User", "you", or "your" means any person or organization that accesses the Website or requests our Services.
2. What our services are for
GeeksProgramming is an educational and tutoring service. The help we provide and the work we deliver exist for learning, practice, reference, and skill development. We connect you with a verified developer who helps you understand, debug, and build your solution, and who can walk you through the code so you can explain it yourself.
We do not condone, support, or facilitate academic dishonesty. We do not sit exams, take quizzes, or complete proctored or timed tests on your behalf, and we do not promise any particular grade. Whether and how you may use a deliverable in your coursework is governed by your institution's academic-integrity policy, which you are responsible for checking and following. For the wider commercial relationship, see our Do My Programming Homework service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and consents to your use. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement where you live, and that you will use the Services in line with applicable law and your institution's academic-integrity rules.
4. How an order works
- You share your assignment brief through the contact form or WhatsApp.
- A subject-matched expert reviews the requirements and sends a fixed quote, scope, and deadline. Urgent work is delivered in as little as 6 hours for a standard assignment, and there is no rush fee for a tight deadline.
- You pay 50% to start. Your expert begins the work and stays in direct contact with you.
- You review the delivered work, run it, and confirm you understand it. You pay the remaining 50% only once you are satisfied. This is our 50/50 milestone model, and we never ask for full prepayment.
Pricing starts at $29 and is set by the assignment, not the deadline. Every quote is fixed before you pay anything.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Submit any delivered work, solution, or material as your own original academic work in a way that breaks your institution's academic-integrity policy.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including cybersecurity attacks, malicious code, or unauthorized access to systems.
- Send us data belonging to a third party without that party's consent, or a brief whose deliverable would harm or defraud someone.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our Content for commercial gain without our written permission.
You are responsible for how you use the Services and any deliverable. We provide the work as a study aid; the manner of its use is your decision and your responsibility.
6. Payment
We accept payment through secure gateways including Stripe and PayPal. The 50/50 milestone model applies to every order: you pay half to begin and half after you have reviewed the work and are satisfied. Each payment processor handles your card data as an independent controller; we never see your full card number.
Refunds are handled under our published refund policy. In short, if the work cannot be fixed and does not meet the original brief you provided, you receive a full refund within 5 business days. You are responsible for any transaction or currency-conversion fees charged by your own bank or processor.
7. Revisions
Every order includes a 7-day free revision window. If the delivered code does not match the rubric you provided at order time, your expert reworks it at no extra cost inside that window. New requirements that were not in the original brief are a fresh quote. The refund pathway in the refund policy stays open as a substitute if a fix inside the window does not bring the work into compliance.
8. Intellectual property
The Content on the Website, including our tutorials, guides, and code samples, is the intellectual property of GeeksProgramming and its authors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit that Content without our written permission.
Work we write for you under a paid order is yours to use as study reference. You may not resell it as a published commercial product or republish it as a paid tutorial. We may keep an anonymized copy as a portfolio sample with all identifying details removed, unless you ask us not to at order time.
9. Academic integrity
We are a tutoring service. We do not represent that submitting a deliverable as your own original work complies with your institution's policy, and most institutions do not permit the direct submission of externally produced work. Use the walkthrough, learn the material, be ready to defend the code, and follow your institution's rules. We do not take exams, quizzes, or proctored tests, and the responsibility for how a deliverable is used rests with you, not with us for the act of tutoring.
10. Privacy and data
Protecting your information is built into how we work. Every expert signs a non-disclosure agreement before touching your files, and your expert knows you only by your order details. Communication is encrypted in transit. Your personal data, including your name, institution, and assignment files, is permanently deleted 15 days after the project is complete. We make reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, though no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so any information you send is sent at your own risk. Full details are on our privacy policy.
11. Accuracy and risk
We work hard to deliver correct, well-documented solutions, but we do not guarantee that every tutorial, sample, or solution is free of error or fits a use we did not agree to. You use the Content and the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any academic, professional, financial, or personal loss that results from how you choose to use them.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty about accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any deliverable will earn you a particular grade, as grading is decided by your institution and is outside our control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WitNip Inc and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under your local consumer-protection law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WitNip Inc from any claim, loss, or expense that arises from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any academic policy or applicable law.
15. Changes and termination
We may suspend, change, or stop any part of the Services, and we may update these terms, when our service or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. We may decline or end an order for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse of our team, or unlawful conduct, and we refund any deposit collected if we decline an order before work begins. Continued use of the Website after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. GeeksProgramming operates with experts based across the United States and India. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right you have under your local consumer-protection law.
